Bridges: The Actors’ Agency values you and your privacy. Should you provide us with certain information by which you can be identified; you can be assured that it will be protected and only be used in line with our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations. We are committed to maintaining your trust and confidence; as such we would never share your information with any other company, business or person without prior consent – this includes, but is not limited to, your personal information and email address.
What information do we keep and how do we use it?
Bridges maintains a list of professional contacts who we have a Legitimate Interest in communicating with. This list holds basic contact information and is updated regularly, to be used for administrative and contractual purposes. We may occasionally use this list to send out relevant, targeted information about Bridges’ activities. All contacts may request not to receive this form of communication at any time.
We require more detailed personal information from our members in order to fully represent them and their interests within the acting and entertainment industry. We also expect all our members to uphold this Privacy Policy. We have an Members’ Privacy Statement document to reflect this, which all members are asked to consent to.
We keep some information relating to our former Member Clients to help administrate any legacy-work (i.e. re-use agreements & commission). Any former Member Client can request to have their data removed at any time.
Bridges does not use cookies or Google analytics to gather and store personal information.
